By using any or all of a version of the National Library of Virtual Manipulatives
("Resource") the Customer ("Customer") agrees to not use the Resource in any manner prohibited
by copyright or other laws, and/or by applicable license agreement(s). Design elements,
layouts, logos, graphics, and included in the Resource are also under legal protection and may not be copied or
imitated in whole or in part without written permission from Utah State University
or its sublicensees.
LICENSE AGREEMENTS
Each commercial version of the National Library of Virtual Manipulatives is governed by a related license
agreement ("License Agreement"), which is made available along with the Resource. The Customer
must review the License Agreement corresponding to each Resource prior to using the Resource.
By using a Resource the Customer agrees to comply with its License Agreement.
WARRANTIES
Any and all warranties related to any commercial version of the National
Library of Virtual Manipulatives are specified in its License Agreement.
Utah State University disclaims any and all other warranties (whether express, implied or statutory),
including fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Improvements and/or
changes may be made to the Resource at any time without notice.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If you submit a review or comment, you grant Utah State University and its sublicensees
a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and
display such reviews and comments. You also grant Utah State University and its sublicensees
the right to use the name submitted with any review or comment in connection with such review or comment.
